Decide on a 6 or 12 week training programme to be carried out on your own, with a partner or in a group. You have full access to our mobile friendly App and over 300 lean, healthy and nutritious recipes.

On-Line Training

Klean Fitness are specialists in on-line training.
Have the freedom of working out whenever, wherever and with whoever you want. Our programmes are bespoke with full video demos of all exercises through our mobile friendly App.

Fitness Assessment

Do you want to know your fitness level? I can help you to set your beenchmark and assist in developing a training pllan to improve. Full body composition is provided, simple tests carried out and a plan produced moving forward.

Weight Loss

Fun and specific exercises designed to reach your fat loss goals. The programme is totally flexible so you workout to your own schedule. Combine on-line training with our 121 Personal Training.

Outdoor Fitness

If you enjoy the outdoors and like to train in the fresh air, then our outdoor fitness sessions are planned to improve stamina, lose fat and tone up. We use our extensive knowledge from our Military background.

Group/Team Training

Fun and specific fitness training for groups or your sports team.
We can meet you at the location of your choice and help each other in getting the best out of the session.​

Event Training

Are you training for an event but don’t know where to start? Give me a shout as I have vast experience of running events, Mud Runs, triathlons and even strength training for rock climbing.
